Coming to an all-inclusive Renegade Method (RM) retreat makes the work exponentially more effective. Relaxing environment allows for the subconscious mind to be more open and accessible, and presence of others with a similar goal inspires the cultivation of focus and trust. Accessing the subconscious mind also means connecting to the body and allowing the suppressed sensations to be experienced. As such, participation in the retreat is a full sensory experience where the algorithm is applied consistently in a moment-to-moment fashion. All aspects of sense experiences will be engaged, from practicing deep listening and presence, to savoring food, to engaging in mindfulness and body practices, to going for walks and being in nature. The goal of such a retreat is to fully imbibe the algorithm and to learn to live our whole lives as an algorithm of clear thinking and embodied presence.
